RICHMOND, Va – Richmond’s Cultural Ambassador, Élégba Folklore Society presents “Juneteenth 2014, A Freedom of Celebration”. Janine O. Bell from the Élégba Folklore Society shares with us how cultural heritage lives in everyone but can be difficult to identify. The “Juneteenth 2014, A Freedom Celebration” starts on Thursday, June 19th and continues until Sunday, June 22nd.
